Cannabis business permits
A set of procedure is followed when it comes to granting medical marijuana business permits. Each of the state that has legalized the use of marijuana will review the application for suitability and compliance. After undergoing a series of tests, only those applications that pass will be ranked and sent to the respective department for further scrutiny. It is most probably the planning commission of the state that will review the list and then give recommendations for another review. The council will then determine which applicants will be granted the medical marijuana business permits and which ones will not and this will be entirely based on merit.
Depending on the state that you live in and want to open a dispensary in, there will be a limit on the number of businesses and dispensaries that can be set up. All the suitable applications will be sent further for approval. The entire selection procedure can be extremely confusing and time consuming. Basically the authorities will be taking into consideration the proposed rules. Based on the rules that have been outlined, they will choose only a selected number of applicants who will then be granted permission to obtain licenses and hence start their businesses.
